1. Getting to know your expert team.
We will arrange for you to get together with our team at on initial meeting. There you and our team will discuss your ideas - whether a design that you have in mind or a design that you require our consultants to prepare to meet your needs and wishes. Subsequent to this meeting and once you have decided on and accept a design, we will prepare a quotation fpr ypi fpr the construction of a home to that design and specifications.
2. The agreement on your concept design.
If you have requested a custom home, our team will provide you with a concept design that incorporates your requirements. We will then make any necessary adjustments until you are totally happy with the plans and have given us your approval to proceed.
3. Signing your tender.
Now that the scope of the work has been agreed, we prepare a tender document that gives us permission to start drawing up the final contract and making other preparations.
4. Making your selection of materials and finishes etc.
You will be given the opportunity to utilise your creativity whilst our interior designer guides you through our various designs for selection. We assist in the selection process for inclusions such as windows, doors, fittings, fixtures and colour selection.
5. Signing your contract.
Whilst your are enjoying the task of creating the décor for your new home, we will have prepared a final contract for you to sign. All costs will have been included and conveyed to you ensuring it is all as per the agreement.
6. Obtaining building permits.
Experience eliminates the anxiety and confusion that sometimes may be present when applying for the appropriate permits for demolition and new building work, so all you need to do is relax and leave it all to us. We will also pre-order your building materials to avoid unnecessary delays.
7. Knockdown.
We will arrange the relevant permit to proceed with the demolition, site clearing, set outs and site cuts.
8. Start the new build.
As soon as you see the new custom design taking shape that's when your real excitement begins. You are more than welcome to visit site during the building process. However, we ask that you remain within safe zones where necessary and follow site personnel's instructions which will be issued based on Health & Safety requirements. During the building process we will be providing to you updates and progress report so that keeping you remain informed.
9. The keys to your new home.
We will carry out an inspection to ensure that everything is finalised to our satisfaction and to the high standards The Splendor Homes has set. We of course, will also make sure that you, our client, is satisfied with the end result and that we have successfully met your expectations. We will then hand over the keys to your new home with pride and the knowledge that The Splendor Homes has achieved all that was requested by you, our client, whilst maintaining our high standards.
10. Staying in touch.
Because it is important to us, we want to make sure that your new Splendor Homes has stands the test of time and it is just like you initially imagined it to be. Our customer service team will stay in touch until you have had the opportunity to settle in, making sure you are happy with every aspect of your wonderful new home.
